I bought my first ever new car a few months ago from Northland Kia with sales rep Josh. Josh was lovely! Actually the nicest experience I have had with a sales rep at a car dealership. I felt like he listened to me, and also was not too pushy like some sales reps have been in the past. I appreciated all the help he was able to give me, and questions I had, and also waited while I made phone calls etc. I was not expecting to purchase the car that I ended up with actually, but I am sooooo happy with my Seltos. I was originally looking at used vehicles or an entry level soul, but after thinking about the benefits/costs etc, and ability to finance it actually worked out better for me this way.
Courtney was amazing during the financing stage, so easy to work with and speak to. She explained and answered all my questions. I did not feel uncomfortable at any moment. (And this is not the same experience that I have had in the past).
I lost my wallet in the excitement of picking up my car, Josh and someone else at front desk went to look for it in my tradeded in vehicle after I realized and were happy to help even after the sale was finalized and I had left.
I have just taken it in for my first service/oil change and Crystal was the service advisor. Also lovely to work with, happy to answer questions and super professional. I still have a squeak that is unknown what it is, after a test drive by the mechanics, but that I will have to sort out with them shortly. They checked the components and that something wasn’t loose from it being a new car which was my fear. And hopefully we can sort that out soon.
Overall I want to complement this Kia location on the quality of their staff, their communication and personableness.
Nothing has gone wrong with my vehicle yet, so I can’t comment on that side of things, but I would hope that it would remain in line with what I have experienced so far.
